Maddington Primary School logo. Maddington Primary School came to Pineapple Planet after recommendations from other schools in WA. They wanted to update and modernise their brand logo from what was a very old design.
The brief was ro incorporate the history and location of the school on an old orange grove when it was established in 1914 aswell as incorporate their geographic location near to the Canning River.
A vibrant new brand logo was created incorporating the idea of a learning tree as a 'nod' to the orange grove history, intertwined hands representing the community and the Canning River and stylised students. A custom font was designed following the curves in the brand logo to link the icon and the font together.
A supporting graphic was also designed that will appear on the base of documents and the base of images on their new website that is currently in production with a photoshoot yet to be conducted. Everything from stationery, document cover design and email footers were supplied to the school so the brand is represented correctly moving forward.
A community survey was conducted with brand options and the overwhelming choice was the brand logo below.
We look forward to a long relationship with Maddington Primary School, it is always refreshing to see an organisation embrace change and we look forward to launching the new website soon.
