Alltools WA came to Pineapple Planet to rebuild their website as the website they had was difficult to manage in house and they could not upload the product themselves and had to go back to the original web company to perform an upload.

We re-designed the website so it is easy to navigate and search the 20,500 product currently available. Now the product is easily managed in house via an Excel file. They keep the Excel file up to date with pricing, descitption and all other details and simply upload the new Excel file to the website when a change is needed, that then re-populates the entire website with any changes.

Extensive SEO was conducted on the website to ensure they can compete with the other online tool shops in Australia and appear in Google searches. Regular email marketing is also conducted sending special offers and information on new product available.

The new website has proved that an ecommerce website need not be difficult to manage. It has also given them complete control with the ability to manage in house giving them the flexibility to make changes when they need to without having to wait for a third party supplier.
