Caladenia Primary School came to Pineapple Planet with a website that they could not update and was fundimentally broken, they needed a solution quick as the new hosting facility was about to role onto another year of fees.
In consultation with the school they also required a re-design of their school logo which they are going to phase in over the next 12 months. During that process we also designed all internal documents and supplied the school with templates so they can create outbound documents and notices with a branded template.
A new graphical style was created with design elements that now carry through to all their outbound image. A photoshoot was undertaken at the school and a new website was designed and created. The result is a fresh, highly visual and mobile friendly website.
We conducted training with the relevant staff on how to manage and update their new website and 'cheat sheets' were supplied for future reference.
We also implemented a new way for the school to produce their newsletters which means that they are not double and triple handling info to communicate with their community.
The new website is proving to be a success with the school and its community, not to mention the staff who now manage the website themselves.
